After a trip to the Poconos, my husband flung a pile of coats on the floor, inches from the coat rack. It’s a common theme in my house, things not quite making it to where they need to be. It’s a constant struggle. In an effort to calm my brain, I paint these scenes around my house. It’s a way to give new meaning to that which is frustrating.
