From the artist: 
"The brilliant colors that exist in nature such as a slice of mango, a flower or open field inspire my bold palette. My abstract work is also influenced by the simplicity and clean geometric forms found in mid century modern architecture, with its honest use of materials. 
My wall sculptures evolved naturally from my printmaking and mixed media background. I was immediately attracted to the dimensional qualities of the work and the directness it allows me. My non objective works with a minimalist aesthetic provides the observer a space to pause which counteracts the uncertainty and noise in our world today. "
